Most catalogue parts start at 100 pcs per design, and each product page states its own MOQ. Custom surface finishing starts from 300 pcs per design and colour, with the exact minimum set by the finishing process; new molds are quoted separately. Share your target quantity and the quotation confirms the figure for your order.
Yes. Samples are made before bulk production; the actual timing is confirmed after technical review.
Testing can be arranged upon request. Compliance documents depend on material, finish and order requirements.
Yes. RFQ, sample and custom project forms include file upload fields for drawings and references.
Send the form from /contact/ and keep product, source and follow-up context together.
Inspection scope, documentation and communication practices we follow on hardware orders — confirmed against your requirements at RFQ stage.
Packing, labels, samples, forwarder and communication support.
We prepare the export documents, book with your nominated forwarder or ours, and send photos of the packed cartons before they leave. Freight cost and transit time come from the forwarder quote for your shipment, not from a published table.
Testing scope is reviewed before confirmation.
We do not run our own test lab. Salt spray, tensile, nickel release, lead content and REACH/RoHS checks go to third-party labs and are quoted per project, and you get the report issued for your order rather than a generic sample report.
